New MEANingful Impact Award to be given to Vicki Mastronardi of Orange Bank & Trust
Orange County, N.Y. (May 13, 2026) – The Orange County Chamber of Commerce will mark a milestone on June 3 with its fifth annual Women M.E.A.N. Business event at Winding Hills Golf Club in Montgomery, N.Y., celebrating five years of empowering women across the region. In addition, Vicki Mastronardi, assistant vice president and branch manager at Orange Bank & Trust, will be honored with the first MEANingful Impact Award.
Each year, approximately 200 women attend the full day of activities and networking advancing the committee’s core values: Mentoring, Empowerment, Authenticity and Networking (M.E.A.N.).
“We are incredibly proud to celebrate five years of Women M.E.A.N. Business and the positive impact it continues to make across our region,” said Heather Bell, President & CEO of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce. “What started as a vision has grown into a dynamic and supportive community rooted in mentoring, empowerment, authenticity and networking. The growth of this committee — and the engagement we see year after year — speak volumes about the need for and value of this work.”
At the event, the Chamber will introduce the inaugural MEANingful Impact Award, recognizing an outstanding woman who exemplifies the committee’s core values while making a lasting impact in her organization, industry or community.
Mastronardi, assistant vice president and branch manager at Orange Bank & Trust, was chosen for her leadership, mentorship and deep community involvement, which have made a measurable difference across Orange County. Known for guiding and uplifting others, fostering meaningful professional connections and empowering women to advance in their careers, Mastronardi embodies the very spirit of the M.E.A.N. mission.
Celebrating at Winding Hills will return the day of networking to where it was first held when founded by Bell and Board Chairwoman Nicole Tompkins, chief experience officer at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. Chaired by Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors member Janine Greer, CEO of Dillon & Semenovich, the Women M.E.A.N. Business Committee has grown into a powerful platform supporting professional women and fostering meaningful connections throughout the business community.
This year, esteemed past keynote speakers Donna Cornell, Maureen Hallahan, Anna Gibbs and Lori Pine will return, along with special guest Andi Simon, author of “Women Mean Business: Over 500 Insights from Extraordinary Leaders to Spark Your Success.”
