Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Invites Community
to Support Care Programs Through Newburgh Voice Contest
Finale of Singing Competition on June 12 in Newburgh
NEWBURGH, N.Y., May 28, 2026 – Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties invites the community to support compassionate end-of-life care by attending a showcase of local musical talent during the Newburgh Voice Contest, presented by Kidz 4 Causes.
The live-singing competition has showcased local talent during semifinal rounds, leading to the grand finale on June 12, 2026, at the Silk Factory, 299 Washington St., Newburgh. The finale, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., will feature food, raffles, a cash bar and performances by aspiring local vocalists competing for a $1,000 prize. Each $125 ticket includes a glass a wine, hors d’oeuvres and food stations, as well as a silent auction and door prizes. Proceeds benefit The Friends of Hospice. Register at https://bit.ly/Voice2026.
Hospice of Orange & Sullivan President and CEO Eric Gatsik said community support will underwrite Hospice’s mission, and support programs and services for local patients and families facing serious illness and end-of-life care needs.
